This is one of my favorite 'Guilt Free' Desserts that I can enjoy everyday as apart of my personalized eating plan of Plenty Fat, Moderate Protein ( no more than 60-70g), and very small carbs (mostly vegetables).  All I can say is that with taking the right vitamins, this works wonderful for me and I am enjoying life, energetic, and feeling fabulous.

How did I come up with my 'Plan'?  It's a long story, but
This Article from Health Impact News best sums up my plan the best:
"5 Mistakes Common to Low Carb dieters and How to Avoid Them"

After trying Weight Watchers and  Low Glycemic Index Living, I stumbled upon: Underground Wellness Blog Talk Radio Show, which opened my eyes to the erroneous information and beliefs I had learned regarding maintaining a healthy weight for over 3 decades!

To clarify, I think that everyone is so uniquely created.  To say that one particular plan will work for everyone is speaking 'moron' language. More on various 'Diet Plans' and my own personal discoveries are to follow....:-)

Coconut Flour helps control shine!

Mixing coconut flour with moisturizer not only helps to control oil in the T-zone but really smoothes out the skin!!

Keep in mind everyone's skin is different.  For my Combination skin: I wash with an exfoliating gel based cleanser (I'm a Mary Kay girl they have a great Time Wise cleanser for combination oily skin, but I have used Oil of Olay and Neutrogena's Pore Refining cleansers when I run out).
Next (for summer months) I skip the moisturizer and apply the coconut four on my face in an even coat.  I bush off the excess.  I follow with my foundation.  ( Of course I use Mary Kay Medium Coverage! - but again I have friends that swear by Clinique, Fit Me, and MAC - to each his own )

Here's to a Natural skin smoothing remedy you can do for yourself every day!

Please, let me know how this works for you and share any natural tips you may have for keeping the shine under control.
